The Dancer to Dancer personal interviews column quickly became a signature column of The Belly Dancer Magazine as a print publication. That continues now in our on-line version, iShimmy.com, The Belly Dancer Magazine. These are not mere bios, but rather one-on-one conversations between Dancer (Oberon) and Dancer or Musician. Oberon brings an exciting flavor to the interview table, asking thought provoking questions and receiving answers equally as exciting. Her wonderful sense of humor, and spicey approach combined with a desire to bring us to the table with her, makes for exciting reading.
Because the icons of our business are so very special to us, as well as to you, Oberon has developed a very specific interview schematic. Her work with our wonderful icons is never seen by the rest of the staff at iShimmy.com, including Zaina, until the interview is complete (Oberon stands clearly and strongly by her word and promise). We do not take anything out of context to print with the intent of harm, negative splash, etc. The interview is not complete until both parties are assured that what is said during interview, is what was intended. and what our icons want to express/say bringing you a rare glimpse of our wonderful stars.
