The hostess of this column is none other than "Elvisa" of Miami, Florida.  You met her here as the Quarter Star (now Raks Star) early in 2008.  She will offer her perspective as teacher/performer, of various issues that face our dance community.  She will also keep us up-to-date of some of the "happenings" in Florida and beyond.
